Your energy could be transformed or transferred.

Law of thermodynamics states that ‘Energy can neither be created nor destroyed but, can be transferred from one body to another.’

Spiritual context teaches us that the human body is a container of energy, it means that, according to the stated law, this energy can be transformed or transferred back and forth.

Often, when we take a look back at our journey, we tend to wonder, “How did I even become who I am today?”

“I never thought I’d become this person.”

“I never imagined that this day would come & I would have to face it” and so on, So how did we become who we are today?

Why do people insist on surrounding themselves with the right people? Why do people read books?

Well, this is where the said law comes into the picture. Energy can flow from us to things around us and vice versa.

If you already know what you want to become, or what you want to gain in life, it may be wealth or a healthy lifestyle then surround yourself with people or at least make a point to meet and spend time with those people who are established in that particular field. Their energy will influence you if you are open to receive it. The more time you spend besides them, the more you become like them, so surround yourself with people based on the characteristics you want to imbibe in your life, may it be humanity, punctuality or even optimism!

Mind you, the other side of the above consequences are also true. The more time you spend with negative people, the more energy you start losing and you find yourself feeling weak and demotivated.

Your energy is the net sum of energies you have spent and received over the day.

Hence, it is important that you spend your time with the right people.

‘Your lifestyle is the sum of experiences you have experienced over time.’
